To provide a seamless three-wheeled transportation and delivery experience in Palu City, we collect the following information:
- Personal Identity: Name, email address, phone number, and profile picture.
- Precise Location (Sensitive Data): We collect precise location data to enable real-time tracking, pickup point accuracy, and the Emergency Button feature. This data may be collected even when the app is running in the background to ensure safety during transit.
- Device Information: We collect hardware models, operating system versions, and unique device identifiers (such as Android ID) to prevent fraud and maintain account security.
- Transaction Data: Details of trips, delivery orders, and payment methods (Cash or Digital Wallet).
2. Children’s Privacy (Policy for Under 13)
Bajay is intended for users aged 13 and above.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
- If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from the Jobnation servers.
- If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. Your information is shared only with:
- Drivers/Partners: To facilitate pickups and deliveries.
- Service Providers: Such as Google Maps API for navigation and payment gateways for secure transactions.
- Legal Requirements: If required by Indonesian law or to protect the safety of our users.
4. Data Security
As part of the Jobnation ecosystem, we use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to protect your data during transit. We implement strict internal controls to prevent unauthorized access to our databases.
5. Account and Data Deletion
In compliance with Google Play’s data deletion requirements, users have the right to request the permanent removal of their account and associated data.

- Process: Upon verification, the Jobnation IT team will permanently erase your personal identity, location history, and device data within 3 business days.
